New Features

• You can now schedule faxes to be sent later! When sending a document via Fax in Medsender, you'll see a checkbox called `Schedule for Later` at the bottom of the form to send a document. Checking that will allow you to input a date and time for this fax to be sent at. This will allow you to achieve a higher delivery rate if the recipient fax line is always busy during normal business hours.
• Added filtering by patient name and DOB for Voice calls! For users who have access to MAIRA (our AI voice assistant), you can now search your call logs by the patient's name and/or DOB.
• We now track SMS Opt Outs from Patients! We'll now notify you when you attempt to send a text message to your patient that they've opted out of receiving texts so you can contact them another way.

Enhancements

• You can now assign a document to anyone in your organization! Previously, you could only assign a document to someone who already has access to it. Now, if you try to assign a document to someone in your organization who doesn't already have access, we'll confirm with you if you'd like to give them access. If you agree, we'll assign it to the user and give them access.
• You can now scroll behind a pop up dialog. If you haven't noticed yet, you can now scroll when viewing a record even if you have a pop up dialog open. This is especially useful if you're trying to send a document to the chart in your EMR and want to confirm the details while having the document open.
• We now include the patient's middle name when creating a chart.
• We've made updates to the sent documents page to be a lot more responsive. You should see load times improve dramatically when viewing your sent documents.

Bug Fixes

• We were previously using the appointment created date for referral reply templates. We're now using the appointment date instead when it's included in your referral reply template.
• Sometimes you would see the same assignee multiple times when trying to assign a task in Medsender. You'll now only see the person once when assigning a task and searching for assignees.
• A similar issue would happen with document categories. We now will only display the category once when selecting it for a document.
