Get your sign-in code without waiting for an email or text

You can now get your Medsender sign-in codes from an authenticator app such as 1Password, Authy, or Google Authenticator. The code is ready in the app as soon as you need it, with no wait for an email or text message to arrive.

To set it up:

1. Go to Settings → User Information
2. Find Authenticator App and start setup
3. Confirm your password
4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the key shown instead
5. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to finish

Changed phones? Setting up a new device replaces the old one, and codes from the old device stop working once you finish. You can also remove the authenticator app at any time and go back to receiving codes by email or text.

To keep accounts secure, sign-in is paused for a short time after repeated incorrect codes.
