When you archive a record from the document viewer, Medsender asks you to confirm first. If you archive many records a day, you can now turn that prompt off.

• In the archive confirmation, tick Don't ask me again and click Archive. Records then archive as soon as you click.
• To turn the prompt back on (or off), use the Archive Confirmation switch under Settings → User Information.

This is a personal setting, so it only changes how archiving works for you. Everyone else keeps the confirmation unless they turn it off themselves.
